November first - 2010

Living in Chile as a Dutchman I have three languages to choose from to write this blog, Spanish, English or Dutch. Will write in English here, as it gives me a wider - hopefully - audience. This day is a national day in Chile, one of the many this country has. And it is my first day out of work. Yesterday, 31st of October my contract with the PUCV ended after my boss decided that it was enough and that at friday 16.00 hours my last day had ended. Quite an express exit I must say. Not completely unexpected, certainly unexpected the way he did it, unlike the so called Catholic Humanistic approach of the Univ, something he didn’t seem to be bothered with. Well, the job hunt has started. Keep you posted here.
